Remodeling and full rebuilds, done properly
When a refresh is not enough, we take on the structural work — extensions, reconfigurations and complete rebuilds with the engineering to back them.
Change the bones of a building with confidence
Moving walls, adding floors or rebuilding from the slab up are not jobs for guesswork. We coordinate structural engineers, secure the right approvals and manage the trades so major works stay safe, compliant and on schedule.
- Home extensions and additional floors
- Structural wall removal with engineer sign-off
- Ground-up rebuilds for bungalows and shoplots
- Roofing, steel and concrete works

Big works, managed step by step
Feasibility & survey
We assess the existing structure and confirm what is possible before you spend on design.
Engineering & approvals
Drawings, structural calculations and the submissions your project requires.
Construction
Sequenced demolition, structural and building works with strict site safety.
Finishing & handover
Fit-out, finishes and a full inspection before we hand back the keys.
Remodeling & rebuild FAQs
Do I need local authority approval?
Structural changes and extensions usually require submissions to the local authority. We identify what is needed early and coordinate the drawings and paperwork through our engineering partners.
Can you rebuild while keeping part of the structure?
Often yes. Many projects retain the foundation or certain walls while rebuilding the rest. A survey tells us what can stay and what should go.
How is a rebuild priced?
Rebuilds are quoted in itemised stages — substructure, superstructure, roofing, finishing — so you can see and control cost at each phase.
How long do structural works take?
It varies with scale, but extensions typically run two to four months and full rebuilds longer. Your proposal includes a stage-by-stage timeline.
Planning a major rebuild?
Let us assess the structure and lay out a realistic, staged plan.
